Every Wednesday evening, starting at 7pm, pizza takes centre stage: taste an evergreen dish of Italian cuisine, rediscovering the pleasure of authentic ingredients and all the secrets of a traditional preparation using a wood-burning oven.

Four types of pizzas will be served, which will be paired with the birritullera, a special beer with a Tuscan taste, made with spelt and barley coming directly from the organic farms at Il Borro.

Rounding out the evening are appetizers and artisanal gelato for dessert.

The menu will be a true journey into discovering the best of the territory, offering traditional Tuscan dishes interpreted by the chef while respecting their authenticity and the flavour of the ingredients.
